The Angolan national oil and gas company Sonangol has awarded a tender for a 12-month supply of petroleum products to Vitol and Totsa, an affiliate of TotalEnergies. Vitol will supply gasoline, and Totsa diesel. Before 2017, Trafigura was the align="justify"> Angola, which is the second largest crude oil producer in Africa with 1.4 mb/d in 2019, has a limited refining capacity (80 kb/d in 2020), while oil products consumption stood at 120 kb/d in 2019.
