据道琼斯7月8日消息，道达尔埃伦（Total Eren）和法国电力可再生能源公司(EDF Renewables)周一表示，两家公司已签署合同，将通过它们在印度的合资企业Eden renewable India，在印度开发4座太阳能发电厂。
Eden Renewables公司表示，将在拉贾斯坦邦建设一座450兆瓦的发电厂，在北方邦建设三座总装机容量为266兆瓦的发电厂。
工程预计于今年年底开工，预计于2020年底投产。
道达尔埃伦公司负责开发、融资、建设和运营可再生能源工厂，道达尔公司拥有30%的股份。EDF renewable是法国电力公司的子公司。

Total Eren, EDF Renewables JV Signs 700MW India Solar Contracts
Total Eren and EDF Renewables have signed contracts to develop four solar-power plants in India via their Eden Renewables India joint venture, the companies said Monday.
Eden Renewables will build Construction is due to start by the end of this year and commissioning is expected towards the end of 2020.
Total Eren develops, finances, builds and operates renewable energy plants and is 30% owned by Total SA (FP.FR). EDF Renewables is an affiliate of Electricite de France SA (EDF.FR).
