据道琼斯维也纳12月4日消息，欧佩克主席Suhail al-Mazroui周二表示，他对欧佩克与俄罗斯将在本周达成减产协议持乐观态度。
在他发表上述讲话之际，欧佩克及俄罗斯牵头的盟国将于本周四和周五在维也纳举行会议，就减产问题做出决议。
作为阿联酋能源部长及欧佩克轮值主席的Suhail al-Mazroui在维也纳对记者表示，他很乐观，认为本周将能够达成共识。
他表示：“有必要做出调整，无疑调整是指减产，而不是增产。”
欧佩克曾一直在讨论每日减产130万桶，但Mazroui 拒绝就减产规模发表评论。

OPEC's president said Tuesday he is optimistic that the group and Russia will agree The remarks come as the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries and its Russia-led allies are set to meet in Vienna Speaking to reporters in Vienna, Suhail al-Mazroui, the U.A.E. energy minister who is also OPEC's rotating president, said he is optimistic that "there will be a consensus this week."
"There is a requirement for an adjustment," he said. "It will be a decrease in production, not an increase in production, definitely."
OPEC has been discussing reductions of 1.3 million barrels a day but Mr. Mazroui declined to comment the size of the cuts.
