据世界天然气11月26日报道称，俄罗斯最大的独立天然气生产商诺瓦泰克在挪威北部霍宁斯沃格港附近地区完成了首次船到船LNG转运。
此次转运行动将于11月22日举行。
Arc7冰级LNG油轮Vladimir Rusanov将从在萨贝塔的亚马尔LNG设施交付的LNG货物重新装载到较低冰级指定油轮 Pskov，后者随后将重新装载的货物交付给欧洲西北部的客户。

Novatek completes Yamal LNG cargo STS off Norway
Russia’s largest independent natural gas producer, Novatek, completed the first ship-to-ship LNG transshipment in the area near the port of Honningsvag in northern Norway.
The operation took place The Arc7 ice-class LNG tanker Vladimir Rusanov reloaded an LNG cargo delivered from the Yamal LNG facility at Sabetta to the lower ice-class designated tanker Pskov, which then delivered the reloaded cargo to customers in North-West Europe.
Novatek’s first deputy chairman Lev Feodosyev said, “this approach allows us to optimize our transport costs by decreasing the travel distance of the Arc7 ice-class tankers and to ensure timely offloading of LNG from Yamal LNG project.”
He added that the experience gained from ship-to-ship LNG transshipments will be used at Novatek’s future large-scale LNG transshipment projects in Kamchatka and the Murmansk region.
