Marathon Oil Corp. (MRO) For the quarter, the Houston-based company said net income was $96 million, or 11 cents a share. Analysts had expected net income of 21 cents a share, according to FactSet.
On an adjusted basis, the company reported earnings of $126 million, or 15 cents a share. Analysts were expecting adjusted net income of $163 million, or 20 cents a share.
