据路透社7月18日伦敦报道，两名知情人士周三对路透表示，欧佩克与非欧佩克遵守6月石油产量削减的比例已从5月的147%降至6月的120%左右。
在6月底的一次会议上，欧佩克和非欧佩克成员国同意逐步将遵守率恢复到100%。
此举旨在为市场增加更多的石油供应，并在委内瑞拉和利比亚意外停产后，降低油价上行压力。
石油输出国组织领导者沙特阿拉伯表示，甚至在6月会议之前就已开始为增产做准备，而俄罗斯的数据也显示，6月份的产量将出现增长。
