中国石化新闻网讯 据油气新闻网11月24日报道，沙特能源大臣萨勒曼表示，沙特基础工业公司(SABIC)和沙特阿美(Saudi Aramco)计划在Ras Al Khair启动一个联合项目，将原油转化为石化产品。
他补充道，该项目是沙特阿拉伯的首个此类项目，将在未来几年完工，原油日加工能力为40万桶。
在沙特基础工业公司位于朱拜勒的大楼开幕仪式上，萨勒曼还表示，沙特阿拉伯计划在工业城市拉斯阿勒海(Ras Al Khair)开设一个新港口，用于出口石化产品。

Aramco, SABIC plan 400000bpd petrochemicals facility
Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC) and Saudi Aramco are planning to start a joint project to convert crude into petrochemicals in Ras Al Khair, the kingdom's energy minister Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman said.
The project, the first of its kind in Saudi Arabia, will be completed in coming years and have a capacity of 400,000 barrels of crude per day, he added.
During an event to open a SABIC building in Al Jubail, the prince also said Saudi Arabia plans to open a new port in the industrial city of Ras Al Khair to export petrochemicals.
