中国石化新闻网讯 据能源网11月9日旧金山报道,美国能源情报署(Energy Information Administration)周二上调了其对2022年和2023年取暖油和柴油的价格预测,因为10月底美国馏分油燃料的供应处于70多年来的最低水平。

该政府机构在其月度《短期能源展望》报告中表示,包括税收在内的住宅取暖油价格预计今年的平均价格为每加仑4.79美元,较10月份的预期上涨4.8%。到2023年,该机构将取暖油价格预期上调了9.9%,至每加仑4.63美元。

含税柴油零售价格预计今年均价为每加仑5.09美元,较此前预测上涨2.5%,2023年为每加仑4.65美元,较10月份的预测上涨8.4%。

据EIA称,美国主要作为柴油和取暖油消费的馏分燃料库存将导致2023年初价格高企。10月份国内馏分油供应达到1951年以来10月份的最低水平。

与此同时,EIA将其对美国基准西得克萨斯中质原油(WTI) 2022年的价格预测上调0.1%,至每桶95.88美元,2023年上调0.9%,至每桶89.33美元。该机构将今年全球基准布伦特原油价格的预期基本维持在102.13美元不变,但将2023年的预期上调了0.8%,至95.33美元。
