据Neftegaz.RU华沙1月13日消息称，1月12日，波兰电力交易所(TGE)与PGNiG签署了在波兰建立和发展生物甲烷市场的合作协议。
PGNiG作为天然气市场的主要参与者地专业知识，以及TGE作为一个交易平台，集中了天然气交易和促进RES使用的证书，它们都应为能源市场的转型做出贡献，不仅提高绿色技术的重要性，而且使新兴的替代燃料市场（如生物甲烷或氢气）也日益重要。
TGE首席执行官Piotr Zawistowski说：“20多年来，TGE一直通过为参与者提供全面的解决方案和产品，支持能源市场的所有转型过程，并积极为其发展做出贡献。与PGNiG在创建生物甲烷市场方面的合作是该交易所进一步发展RES领域的机会。当然，我们的登记册在这个项目中发挥着关键作用。”
PGNiG首席执行官表示：“现在我们即将翻开合作的新篇章，这将使我们能够在生物甲烷贸易领域创造现代市场解决方案。这种绿色燃料具有巨大的潜力，这将使我们有机会积极参与未来波兰经济的能源转型，同时追求我们的业务目标和确保波兰的能源安全。”
在合作的第一阶段，合作伙伴计划利用交易所的经验，该交易所目前维持原产地证书登记册作为基于证书的生物甲烷潜在支持计划的组成部分，以及原产地担保计划作为实现国家指示性目标（NCW）的潜在工具。

In the 1st stage of the cooperation, the partners plan to leverage the experience of the Exchange which currently maintains the Certificate of Origin Register as an element of a potential support scheme for biomethane based on certificates, as well as the Guarantees of Origin Scheme as a potential instrument for achieving the National Indicative Target (NCW).
