DJ Iraq Crude Output Capacity Nears 5Mln B/D: Oil Minister
Iraq's crude-oil production capacity is close to 5 million barrels a day including the Kurdistan region, but the country remains committed to its agreed level of production in OPEC, Thamir Ghadhban, Iraq's oil minister, says. Speaking at the CWC Iraq Petroleum conference in London, the minister says the Iraqi government is finalizing studies in having shares in refineries in the Asian market to secure stability for demand for Iraqi crude oil.
