中国石化新闻网讯 据《世界石油》2月22日报道，伊拉克与外国公司签署了几项协议，旨在未来几年提高这个欧佩克成员国的石油和天然气产量。
该国石油部长Hayyan Abdul Ghani周二在当地电视台上表示，一旦协议覆盖的区块开始生产，政府预计石油产量将增加25万桶/天。但他没有给出时间表。
伊拉克是欧佩克组织内仅次于沙特阿拉伯的最大产油国，日产量约450万桶。
新月石油公司（Crescent Petroleum）是参与周二签约的公司之一。总部位于阿拉伯联合酋长国沙迦的该公司，计划开发三个油气区块。据新月石油公司的勘探和生产执行董事Abdulla Al-Qadi称，前两个都位于东部的迪亚拉省，每天将能够开采1.5亿至2.5亿立方英尺的天然气。
