据道琼斯12月12日消息，法国道达尔集团周在表示，公司已经与毛里塔尼亚能源部签署两个深海油气区块的勘探和开采合同。
道达尔将成为C15和C31区块的作业者，并持有90%股权。毛里塔尼亚国家石油公司Societe Mauritanienne des Hydrocarbures et de Patrimoine Minier持有剩余10%股权。
对道达尔集团来说，西非是其一个核心的勘探区域，公司已经在塞内加尔、象牙海岸和尼日利亚运营着油气勘探和开采业务。公司在毛里塔尼亚从事业务已将近20年，持有该国五个海洋区块的控股权。

Total Wins Two Exploration and Production Contracts Offshore Mauritania
Total SA (FP.FR) said Wednesday that it has signed exploration and production contracts for two deep-offshore blocks with Mauritania's energy ministry.
The French oil major will be the operator of blocks C15 and C31 with a 90% stakeholding. Mauritania's state oil company, Societe Mauritanienne des Hydrocarbures et de Patrimoine Minier, holds the remaining 10%.
West Africa is a core exploration area for Total, which also operates in Senegal, Ivory Coast and Nigeria. It has been present in Mauritania for nearly 20 years and has majority stakes in five of the country's offshore blocks.
