据路透社11月5日巴黎报道，法国能源集团道达尔和森普拉能源公司签署了一份关于北美LNG市场的谅解备忘录，届时道达尔可能会获得该行业进一步的股份。
根据协议，道达尔将在森普拉能源公司在美国海湾和北美西海岸的LNG出口发展项目，特别是卡梅隆LNG二期和Energia Costa Azul项目，每年大约购买900万吨液化天然气。
道达尔已经是卡梅隆LNG合资企业的合伙人，持有16.6%的股份，也可能获得Energia Costa Azul液化天然气项目的股权。
