中国石化新闻网讯 据管道&天然气杂志网3月6日报道，美国能源公司切萨皮克能源公司（Chesapeake energy Corp.）周一表示，该公司将向瑞士大宗商品贸易商贡沃尔集团（Gunvor Group）旗下一家子公司提供高达200万吨/年的美国液化天然气，为期15年。
在欧洲因为实施制裁挤压了本已紧张的全球天然气市场后，美国液化天然气出口商发现，这种超冷燃料的需求飙升。
根据该协议，两家公司将选择一家美国液化天然气出口工厂来液化切萨皮克的天然气，并将液化天然气交付给贡沃尔，计划于2027年开始。
液化天然气的购买价格将参考亚洲基准天然气价格——日韩液化天然气指数(JKM) JKMc1。
切萨皮克的协议紧接着贡沃尔从Tellurian位于路易斯安那州的Driftwood液化天然气出口工厂购买300万吨/年液化天然气的协议2月28日到期，该协议为期10年。
贡沃尔集团和Tellurian的管理人士都拒绝就双方的液化天然气销售和购买协议是否被取消或延期发表评论。
