中国石化新闻网讯 据道琼斯2月28日消息，奥地利油气公司OMV正在研究出售其在亚太地区勘探和生产资产的可能性。
OMV周一表示，公司已经启动了出售其在马来西亚SapuraOMV Upstream Sdn公司50%股权以及OMV新西兰有限公司100%股权的程序。
OMV表示，公司将要求有兴趣的各方首先提交意向书，随后在稍后阶段提交具有约束力的报价。不过，该公司表示，潜在的出售交易将有待其监事会和相关政府部门的批准。

OMV AG is looking into the possibilities of selling its exploration and production assets in the Asia-Pacific.
The Austrian oil-and-gas company said Monday that it had launched a sales process for the potential divestment of its 50% stake in SapuraOMV Upstream Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia, and 100% of OMV New Zealand Limited.
OMV said it would ask interested parties to initially submit expressions of interest, followed by binding offers at a later stage. However, the company said a potential sale would be subject to the approval of its supervisory board and relevant governmental authorities.
