中国石化新闻网讯 据离岸工程网2月7日报道，总部位于德国的能源公司Uniper和印度Greenko集团的子公司Greenko ZeroC Private Limited签署了一份谅解备忘录(MoU)和主要条款，让Uniper就Greenko ZeroC在Kakinda港口的氨生产设施第一阶段的绿色氨进行独家谈判。
根据谅解备忘录，Greenko和Uniper打算根据条款纲要，就每年250000吨绿色氨的供应和采购协议，就创新定价、供应和保有权结构进行谈判。
Greenko在Kakinada项目是一个多期绿色氨生产和出口设施，到2027年，绿色氨生产能力将达到每年100万吨（mtpa）。
Greenko工厂的第一阶段基于电解槽生产绿色氨，电解槽由全天候（RTC）可再生电力供电，可再生电力由印度2.5吉瓦的可再生资产生产，并由其Pinnapuram综合可再生能源存储厂（IRESP）进行加强生产。
根据Uniper的说法，该项目与众不同的关键区别在于整合抽水蓄能电站，以平衡可再生能源生产的间歇性和季节性，并实现85%以上的高年发电厂负荷系数，从而实现具有竞争力的灵活和可调度的绿色氨供应。

Uniper to negotiate green ammonia offtake from India’s Kakinada
German-based energy company Uniper and Greenko ZeroC Private Limited, a subsidiary of India’s Greenko Group, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and Heads of Terms for Uniper to enter into exclusive negotiations for the offtake of green ammonia from Phase 1 of Greenko ZeroC’s ammonia production facility in Kakinada.
Under the MoU, Greenko and Uniper intend to negotiate innovative pricing, supply, and tenure structure for a supply and purchase agreement for 250,000 tonnes per annum of green ammonia based>Greenko's Kakinada project is a multi-phase green ammonia production and export facility, adding up to 1 million tonnes per annum (mtpa) of green ammonia production capacity by 2027.
