中国石化新闻网讯 据《能源年》2月2日布鲁塞尔报道，根据路透社周三宣布，世界银行已同意在西非和中非的一个区域可再生能源项目上投入3.11亿美元。
塞拉利昂、利比里亚、多哥和乍得的综合开发项目将共同提供106兆瓦的太阳能发电，并将水力发电能力提高41兆瓦，同时加强配电和输电系统。
该项目预计在四年内完成。
世界银行区域一体化事务主任布泰娜·格尔马齐表示，“这是确保我们到2030年可获得价格适宜清洁能源的一种普遍方法。”
据消息来源称，西非和中非的电气化水平是非洲大陆最低的。

World Bank invests in Africa’s renewables sector
The World Bank has agreed to spend USD 311 million>The combined developments in Sierra Leone, Liberia, Togo and Chad will together provide 106 MW of solar power and expand hydroelectric capacity by 41 MW while enhancing distribution and transmission systems.
The project is expected to be completed in four years.
“It is a continental approach to make sure that we reach universal access to clean affordable energy by 2030,” said Boutheina Guermazi, director for regional integration of World Bank.
According to the news source, West and Central Africa have some of the lowest levels of electrification on the continent.
