中国石化新闻网讯 据烃加工网12月9日休斯敦报道，美国炼油商菲利普斯66公司（Phillips 66）明年将把新项目的支出提高约6%，将更多资金投入可再生燃料和管道业务。
明年的资本支出总额将从今年预算的29.7亿美元增加到约31.4亿美元，其中包括新建一家塑料厂，以及将一家炼油厂改造为用动物脂肪和食用油生产柴油和汽油。
能源公司一直在稳步增加对可再生和低碳燃料的投资。埃克森美孚公司和雪佛龙公司本周表示，他们将在明年增加对低碳排放业务的支出。
