中国石化新闻网讯 据MRCHUB网站12月6日莫斯科报道，液化空气公司表示，该公司已签署将其在特立尼达和多巴哥的业务剥离给马西天然气产品控股有限公司（Massy Gas Products Holding Ltd.即MGPHL）的协议。
由于此次剥离，该业务的大约30名员工将被整合到MGPHL。此次交易是液化空气集团战略的一部分，该战略旨在定期审查其资产组合，并专注于选定的快速发展领域和活动。
液化空气公司将进一步扩大其在拉丁美洲的业务，该公司打算利用该地区丰富的自然资源，抓住清洁能源转型带来的机遇，包括氢能。
本协议须经特立尼达和多巴哥公平贸易委员会的监管批准才能完成，并符合其他惯例的成交条件。

Air Liquide announces that it has signed an agreement to divest its business in Trinidad and Tobago to Massy Gas Products Holding Ltd, said the company.
As a consequence of this divestiture, the approximately 30 employees of this business will be integrated within MGPHL. This transaction is part of Air Liquide’s strategy to regularly review its asset portfolio and focus>Air Liquide is well-positioned to further grow its presence in Latin America where it intends to pursue the opportunities emerging with the clean energy transition, including hydrogen energy leveraging the area's abundant natural resources.
This agreement is subject to regulatory approvals of the Trinidad & Tobago Fair Trading Commission for completion and other customary closing conditions.
