据安迅思新加坡7月13日消息，乐天化学将在未来10年投资4.4万亿韩元(38亿美元)用于氢气生产，以满足韩国对这种清洁燃料30%需求的目标，并在2030年实现碳中和。
乐天化学在一份声明中表示，投资将分阶段进行，预计每年产生3万亿韩元的销售额，新业务预计将占集团营业利润的10%。
乐天化学预计到2030年将生产60万吨的清洁氢。
乐天化学表示:“就生产过程中产生的副产氢气，到2025年，公司使用碳捕获技术将生产16万吨蓝氢。”
乐天化学补充称：“公司将在2030年完成绿色氢价值链，届时计划生产60万吨/年的清洁氢，这是蓝氢(16万吨)和绿色氢(44万吨)的混合物。”
