据烃加工网站7月1日消息 利安德巴赛尔是世界上最大的塑料、化工和炼油公司之一，收购了马来西亚巴生港PolyPacific Polymers Sdn.Bhd.（PPM）100%的股份。
PPM是一家生产增强和改性聚烯烃化合物的25 kt工厂。
收购完成后，工厂将进行更名，其员工将成为利安德巴塞尔员工。PPM将继续生产并向其客户提供正在进行的业务产品。
