据世界天然气网站3月30日消息 卡塔尔石油公司决定于2022年1月1日接管卡塔尔液化天然气公司（QG1）的全部所有权。
该公司周二表示，相关协议于2021年12月31日到期后，将不再续签QG1合资公司。
QG1成立于1984年，是卡塔尔石油与道达尔、埃克森美孚、丸红和三井的合资企业。QG1是卡塔尔开发的首创性液化天然气项目，其成功为卡塔尔液化天然气产业的发展铺平了道路。
卡塔尔石油公司总裁兼首席执行官、能源事务国务部长Saad Sherida Al-Kaabi在评论这一决定时说：“卡塔尔石油公司的收购将结束QG1 25年来的成功运营，卡塔尔液化天然气的第一批货物就是从该公司出口。”
Al Kaabi进一步感谢该项目的合作伙伴和日本中部电力作为QG1的基础客户和主要液化天然气购买者。
QG1液化天然气设施的年生产能力约为1000万吨，QG1设施将继续由卡塔尔石油公司运营。

Qatar Petroleum to Take Full Control of Qatargas 1
Qatar Petroleum has decided to take over full ownership of the Qatargas Liquefied Natural Gas Company (QG1) The company noted Established in 1984, QG1 is QP’s joint venture with units of Total, ExxonMobil, Marubeni and Mitsui. QG1 was the pioneering LNG project to be developed in Qatar, whose success has paved the way for the development of Qatar’s LNG industry.
Commenting Al-Kaabi further thanked its partners in the project and Chubu Electric as QG1’s foundation customer and primary LNG buyer.
With a production capacity of approximately 10 million tons per annum of LNG, QG1 facilities will continue to be operated by Qatargas.
