据石油新闻2021年3月22日莫斯科报道，根据俄罗斯能源部统计部门中央调度部门3月22日发布的统计数据，2月份俄罗斯燃料油出口同比下降了2.9%，降至272万吨。
统计数据显示，俄罗斯2月份燃料油出口比1月份的290万吨下降了6.4%。
由于受寒潮推动的国内需求上升，2月份俄罗斯燃料油出口量略有下降。俄罗斯在供暖季节使用燃料油作为发电的储备燃料。尽管国内燃料油价格随着出口回升而飙升，但公用事业企业的燃料油购买量依然强劲。
根据统计数据，俄罗斯2月份国内燃料油交付总量为73.8383万吨，环比增长了23%，同比下降了19%。
俄罗斯2月份燃料油总产量为372万吨，同比下降了2.7%。部分原因是由于去年2月份多一天。
