据1月21日MENAFN消息：阿塞拜疆和土库曼斯坦今天达成合作勘探和开发里海Dostlug油气田的协议。
根据协议，两国不仅可以共同开发Dostlug油田，还应该为天然气生产合作扫清道路，或者至少从土库曼斯坦穿过里海输送到阿塞拜疆等地。这对土库曼斯坦向可靠市场提供出口非常重要。
Bryza指出，来自土库曼斯坦的新天然气量，尤其是里海的土库曼斯坦其他油田的新天然气在阿塞拜疆拥有天然市场。这些新增的天然气可能有助于阿塞拜疆石化行业的扩张。简而言之，这是一项非常重要的协议，为以后广泛的合作铺平了道路。
