据能源经济12月22日消息称，周一，阿萨姆邦油气能源有限公司(AHECL)和印度石油有限公司(Oil)签署了一项协议，将在那不勒普区块勘探和生产原油和天然气。根据谅解备忘录，AHECL将获得由OIL分配的那不勒普区块中原油和天然气勘探和生产10%的参与权益。

He stressed Lauding the efforts of Numaligarh Refinery Limited (NRL) in increasing its production capacity from three metric tonnes to nine metric tonnes, he hoped that AHECL would perform well in the exploration and production of hydrocarbon energy in the state.
The state government has been making concerted efforts to harness the Assam's potential in the oil and natural gas sector and generate employment opportunities for the youths, he added.
