据10月14日管道油气新闻网消息:日本东京天然气公司(Tokyo Gas)与First Gen公司签署了一项联合合作协议,正式加入其在菲律宾Batangas拟建的液化天然气浮动储存和再气化装置项目。
两家公司于2018年12月5日签订了一项联合开发协议,目前正在开发一个临时海上LNG接收站。
在JCA项目中,双方将过渡到浮动储藏和再气化装置的建设,目标是最早在2022年下半年将液化天然气引入菲律宾。
根据JCA的条款,两家公司将共同建造、运营和维护临时海上液化天然气接收站,包括将现有的码头改造为多用途码头,以及建造一个附属的陆上天然气接收设施。东京天然气将拥有该项目建设和运营的20%参与权益。
菲律宾共和国能源部于2020年9月23日授予建造临时海上LNG接收站的许可。

Tokyo Gas signs deal to join Philippines LNG project
Japan's Tokyo Gas signed a Joint Cooperation Agreement with First Gen to formally join its proposed liquefied natural gas floating storage and regasification unit project in Batangas City in the Philippines.
The two companies entered into a Joint Development Agreement With the JCA, the parties will transition to the construction of a floating storage and regasification unit, with the aim of introducing LNG to the Philippines as early as in the second half of 2022.
