据世界天然气网站9月25日消息 黑石集团（Blackstone Group）周四表示，已完成将其在钱尼尔有限责任合伙企业中42%的股权出售给布鲁克菲尔德基础设施公司及其附属公司。
该总部位于美国的私人股本公司表示，此次70亿美元的出售是黑石能源合作伙伴与钱尼尔合作的高潮。
钱尼尔成立合伙企业，开发价值250亿美元的Sabine Pass终端，目前是美国最大的液化天然气出口设施。
2012年，黑石能源向钱尼尔能源合伙企业投资15亿美元，建造了两条Sabine Pass生产线。
钱尼尔合伙企业目前在路易斯安那州3000吨/年的工厂运营5条生产线，并正在建造第6条生产线。

Blackstone completes $7 billion Cheniere partnership stake sale
Blackstone Group said The $7 billion sale represents the culmination of Blackstone Energy Partners’ involvement with Cheniere, the US-based private equity firm said.
Cheniere formed the partnership to develop the $25 billion Sabine Pass terminal, currently the largest US LNG export facility.
In 2012, Blackstone Energy invested $1.5 billion in Cheniere Energy Partners to build the first two Sabine Pass trains.
Cheniere’s partnership now operates five trains at the 30 mtpa facility in Louisiana and is building a sixth.
