据道琼斯11月18日消息，奥地利能源公司OMV周一表示，公司将以5000万美元的价格向独立油气公司Jadestone能源公司出售其在Maari油田的股权。
OMV表示，公司已经同意出售其位于新西兰Taranaki海洋油田69%的股权，这与公司减少石油产量增加天然气产量的目标相符。
OMV表示：“此次剥离Maari油田将进一步优化我们的业务组合，并将令我们在新西兰的业务只保留天然气生产。”

OMV Sells Stake in Maari Field to Jadestone Energy
OMV AG (OMV.VI) said Monday that it will sell its stake in the Maari Field to independent oil-and-gas company Jadestone Energy Inc. (JSE.V) for $50 million.
The Austrian energy company said it has agreed to sell its 69% interest in the field, located in New Zealand's offshore Taranaki Basin, in line with its goal to reduce oil production in favor of natural gas.
"The divestment of the Maari Field further optimizes our portfolio and will shift us in New Zealand to a gas-only producer," the company said.
The transaction is effective retroactively from Jan.1, 2019, and is subject to government approval, according to OMV.
