供方承诺按照交付进度在天然气转运站按数量供应天然气，买方承诺接受天然气并及时付款。履行交易义务的截止日期：2023年12月31日。交易双方和受益人: 谢韦尔是买方，诺瓦泰克是供应商。这笔交易的规模约为550亿卢布。合同签订日期为2019年7月16日。
诺瓦泰克和谢韦尔在天然气供应方面一直有着合作。2013年，两家公司签订了一份为期5年的中期天然气供应合同。然后诺瓦泰克公司承诺在整个时期供应120亿立方米。
2019年上半年，诺瓦泰克的碳氢化合物产量增加了3180万桶油当量，增幅12%，天然气产量增加了46.4亿立方米，增幅14.1%。

NOVATEK and Severstal have long cooperated in gas supplies. In 2013, the companies entered into a medium-term 5-year gas supply contract. Then Novatek committed to supply 12 billion m 3 for the entire period.
Novatek in 1st half of 2019 increased hydrocarbon production by 31.8 million boe or 12%, gas production - by 4.64 billion m 3 or 14.1%.
