据欧洲石油7月16日消息，INPEX公司宣布，已收到印尼政府部门关于2019年6月20日提交的阿巴迪LNG项目修订开发计划(POD)的正式批准。
除了修订过的POD外，当局还批准了马塞拉区块延长7年勘探时间和延长20年生产分享合同(PSC)的申请，将PSC的期限延长至2055年。
INPEX总裁兼首席执行官Takayuki Ueda表示：“当局批准修改后的POD是阿巴迪LNG项目的一个重要里程碑。INPEX的目标是使该项目具有竞争力，并将继续朝着生产启动计划而不懈努力。”
展望未来，INPEX将继续与合作伙伴壳牌紧密合作，为前端工程设计做必要的准备。
壳牌风险开发执行副总裁Clare Harris在评论POD的批准时表示，“获得开发计划的批准是一项重要成就，壳牌感谢有关部门的建设性合作，这使得该重大里程碑项目取得新进展。随着合资企业进入阿巴迪项目的下一阶段，我们期待继续与INPEX密切合作，提供具有全球竞争力的陆上LNG开发项目，这将使该国在未来几十年受益。”
该项目是INPEX在印尼运营的第一个大型综合LNG开发项目，是继INPEX在澳大利亚运营的Ichthys LNG项目之后的又一项目。阿巴迪气田具有良好的储层产能和世界上最大的资源之一，提高了LNG长期高效开发和稳定生产运营的预期。

INPEX Receives Approval of Revised Plan of Development for Abadi LNG Project, Masela Block, Indonesia
INPEX CORPORATION announced that through its subsidiary INPEX Masela, Ltd, it has received the official approval of Indonesian government authorities (the authorities) concerning the revised Plan of Development (POD) for the Abadi LNG Project (the Project) submitted In addition to the revised POD, the authorities also approved the application for a seven-year additional time allocation and a 20-year extension to the Production Sharing Contract (PSC) for the Masela Block, extending the term of the PSC until 2055.
“The approval of the revised POD by the authorities is a significant milestone for the Abadi LNG Project. INPEX aims to make this Project competitive and will continue to work toward the production startup scheduled in the latter half of the 2020s.” said Takayuki Ueda, President & CEO of INPEX.
Moving forward, INPEX will continue to work closely with its partner Shell to begin the necessary preparations to commence FEED (Front End Engineering Design).
