据世界天然气网站7月5日消息 澳大利亚液化天然气公司伍德赛德已向国家海洋石油安全与环境管理局（NOPSEMA）提交了Scarborough开发海上项目建议书并征求公众意见。
Scarborough天然气资源位于伯鲁普半岛西北偏西约375公里处，是巨型Scarborough气田的一部分。
伍德赛德计划通过一条长约430公里的出口管道与陆上处理设施相连的新海上设施开发Scarborough气田。该公司计划采用第二条液化天然气生产线扩建Pluto LNG陆上设施。
伍德赛德在其统计报告中表示：“征求公众意见是为公众提供了一个机会来审查和评论该海上项目建议书，该报告评估了在拟议的海上Scarborough开发期内进行的活动所带来的潜在环境影响和风险。”
Scarborough海上项目建议书将于2019年7月5日至8月30日公开征求公众意见，伍德赛德将在8周内收集公众意见。

Woodside calls for public comments Australian LNG player Woodside has submitted the Scarborough development Offshore Project Proposal (OPP) to the National Offshore Petroleum Safety and Environment Management Authority (NOPSEMA), inviting public comments.
The Scarborough gas resource is located approximately 375 km west-north-west off the Burrup Peninsula and is part of the Greater Scarborough gas fields.
