据俄罗斯油气网7月5日新德里报道，印度石油勘探有限公司(OIL)日前已开始出售其在“俄罗斯通戈尔斯基许可证61”的50%股份。“俄罗斯通戈尔斯基许可证61”是印度第二大国有勘探和生产公司在2014年在俄罗斯的首次投资。
8500万美元的投资包括3500万美元现金付款、4 500万美元勘探和开发许可证61的开支以及500万美元业绩奖金。
“俄罗斯通戈尔斯基许可证61”位于鄂毕河东岸Tomsk Oblast地区勘探最少的含油区。这个面积达4991 平方公里的大型许可证包含7油田和超过25个已确定的远景构造。
印度石油和天然气部长达门德拉·普拉丹在回应《印度商报》的质疑时表示：“由于这个资产没有达到预期目标，印度石油勘探公司已开始出售俄罗斯通戈尔斯基项目许可证61的过程。”
