据普氏能源资讯墨西哥城报道，墨西哥国家碳氢化合物委员会（CNH）6月28日在墨西哥城表示，意大利能源巨头埃尼公司将在下周开始在位于墨西哥湾的海上油田Amoca-Mizton-Tecoalli (AMT)浅水联合体生产原油，但由于墨西哥国家石油公司（墨国油/Pemex）的陆上设施受到限制，AMT油田群最初原油日产量将被限制在8000桶。
CNH在一次网络直播会议上表示，若不是墨国油的San Ramon烃类分离设施和La Venta原油脱水厂的产能受到限制，埃尼公司将能够从AMT浅水油田群日产1.5万桶原油。

ENI to start crude output in Mexico's Amoca-Mizton-Tecoalli next week: CNH
ENI will start producing crude in Mexico's Amoca-Mizton-Tecoalli (AMT) shallow water complex next week, although output will initially be limited to 8,000 b/d because of constraints at Pemex's ENI would be able to produce 15,000 b/d were it not for capacity limitations at Pemex's San Ramon hydrocarbons separation facility and La Venta crude dehydration plant, CNH said in a webcast session.
If Pemex were to make adjustments, ENI could increase output, CNH said. Pemex and ENI could not be reached for comment.
The start-up of AMT, located in the Cuencas del Sureste Basin in offshore Tabasco state, has been delayed since March as a result of regulatory approval delays by Mexico's Communication and Transportation Secretariat.
