据Neftegaz.RU网站12月26日阿斯塔纳报道，据《新欧洲报》报道，哈萨克斯坦国家天然气运输公司（KazTransGas）日前投产了一个高科技压缩站Turkestan，此举将增加哈萨克斯坦对中国的天然气出口。
建造高科技压缩站的目的是为了把贝努——博佐伊——希姆肯特（BBS）天然气管道天然气年输送能力从100亿立方米提高到150亿立方米。
哈萨克斯坦国家天然气运输公司说：“今天，哈萨克斯坦南部对蓝色燃料的需求大约是每年50亿立方米天然气。。”
BBS天然气管道是哈萨克斯坦独立历史上最大的管道项目，这个项目被要求在加强国家能源安全方面发挥重要作用。
哈萨克斯坦BBS天然气管道的建设使哈萨克斯坦南部能确保稳定的天然气供应，建立一个全国统一的天然气运输系统以及增加哈萨克斯坦向国外市场出口天然气。

The construction was implemented as part of an investment project to increase the throughput of the Beineu-Bozoi-Shymkent gas pipeline from 10 billion m3 year to 15 billion m3 per year.

The Beineu-Bozoi-Shymkent gas pipeline is the largest pipeline project in the history of independent Kazakhstan and is called upon to play an important role in enhancing the energy security of the state.
The construction of the MG Beineu-Bozoi-Shymkent has allowed Kazakhstan to ensure stable gas supplies to the south, create a unified gas transportation system of the country and increase the export of Kazakh gas to foreign markets.
