据烃加工在线12月26日消息，英国石油公司（BP）和阿塞拜疆国家石油公司（SOCAR）土耳其公司宣布双方已经签署框架协议，双方将评价创建在土耳其建设和运营一个世界级规模石化工厂的合资公司。
这个建议中的生产设施将位于土耳其西部的阿利亚加，设计年产125万吨精对苯二甲酸（PTA）、84万吨对二甲苯（PX）和34万吨苯。

SOCAR and BP explore creation of new petrochemicals joint venture in Turkey
BP and SOCAR Turkey announced that they have signed heads of agreement (HoA) to evaluate the creation of a joint venture that would build and operate a world-scale petrochemicals complex in Turkey.
The proposed facility, in Aliaga in western Turkey, would produce 1.25 million tonnes per annum (tpa) of purified terephthalic acid (PTA), 840,000 tpa paraxylene (PX) and 340,000 tpa benzene.
