据普氏能源资讯网河内12月11日消息，受国内产量下降的影响，11月份越南原油进口量大幅增长，而出口量出现下降。
据周一发布的海关初步数据显示，11月份越南共计进口原油685，653吨（167，528桶/日），同比增长近五倍，但比10月份的进口量下降15.5%。
宜山炼油和石化公司周一表示，11月份越南原油进口量大幅增加是因为20万桶/日处量量的宜山炼油厂于11月14日开始商业化运行。
今年1-11月，越南共计进口原油447万吨，去年同期为118万吨。
今年1-11月越南原油进口量大幅增加是因为宜山炼油厂于2月份试运行，并于11月正式运行。宜山炼油厂加工的原油来自于科威特。
越南国家油气集团PetroVietnam持有宜山炼油和石化公司25.1%股权，科威特国际石油公司持有35.1%股权，日本出光兴产持有35.1%股权，三井化学持有4.7%股权。

今年1-11月，越南出口原油361万吨，同比下降42.5%，主要出口至中国、泰国和澳大利亚。
