据RZNews网站11月28日里约热内卢报道，巴西国家石油公司(巴西国油/ Petrobras)周三宣布，巴西国油日前已达成两项独立交易，以8.231亿美元的价格出售其麾下37个油田的股份。
巴西国油将以4.531亿美元的价格把34个陆上生产油田的股份出售给巴西的一家石油天然气公司。
这些成熟油田位于巴西西北部的波蒂瓜尔盆地，目前日产量大约为6000桶。
根据协议，3400万美元将在协议签署后支付，其余金额将在交易结束时支付。
在另一笔交易中，巴西国油同意以3.7亿美元的价格把位于里约热内卢州海岸以外浅水海域的三个油田的股份出售给独立的欧洲公司法国佩朗科公司（Perenco）。20%的金额(7400万美元)将在签约后支付，其余将在交易完成时支付。
这些油田目前每天生产9000桶石油。

Petrobras Sells Rights in 37 Oilfields for $823MM
Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. (Petrobras) has entered into two separate transactions to sell its rights to a total of 37 oilfields for $823.1 million, the company announced Wednesday.
Petrobras is selling stakes in 34 The mature fields are located in the Potiguar Basin in the northwest region of Brazil and have a current production of about six thousand barrels of oil per day.
Under the agreement, $34 million will be paid upon signing with the remaining amount to be paid at the closing of the transaction.
In a separate transaction, Petrobras has agreed to sell stakes in three fields located in shallow waters off the coast of Rio de Janeiro state to independent European company Perenco, for $370 million. Twenty percent ($74 million) will be paid upon signing and the remainder will be paid in the closing of the transaction.
Currently, these fields’ integrated production system consists of seven jacket fixed platforms which currently produce 9,000 barrels of oil per day.
