据道琼斯11月19日消息，美国自然资源合伙公司（NPR）周一表示，公司已经同意将旗下建筑材料业务部门VantaCore合伙公司以2.05亿美元的价格出售给私募股权公司太阳资本合伙公司的一家附属公司。
NPR表示，公司退出建筑材料业务将帮助公司加快资本结构的改善。
NPR报告，今年1-9月份，公司实现营业收入2.924亿美元，息税折旧摊销前利润1.705亿美元。而建筑材料业务部门的营业收入为1.044亿美元，息税折旧摊销前利润为1300万美元。

Natural Resource Partners L.P. (NRP) The Houston natural-resource company said its exit from the construction-aggregates business will help accelerate the improvement of its capital structure.
Natural Resource Partners reported revenue of $292.4 million and adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization of $170.5 million for the nine months ended Sept. 30. The construction-aggregates segment accounted for revenue of $104.4 million and adjusted Ebitda of $13 million for the period.
