据道琼斯10月5日消息，挪威国家石油公司Equinor周五表示，公司已经同意从雪佛龙公司手中收购英国一未开发的海洋油田Rosebank项目40%股权。
该油田的其它股东包括持股40%的森科能源和持股20%的Siccar Point能源公司。

DJ Equinor Agrees to Buy Chevron's Stake in Rosebank Project
Equinor ASA (EQNR.OS) said Monday that it has agreed to buy from Chevron Corp.(CVX) a 40% stake in the Rosebank project, an undeveloped offshore field in the U.K.
The field's other partners are Suncor Energy with a 40% stake and Siccar Point Energy with 20%.
"Today's agreement allows us to buy back into an asset in which we previously had a participating interest, demonstrating our strategy of creating value through oil-price cycles," said Al Cook, a member of Equinor's executive committee.
