据路透社新加坡/河内8月7日消息，业内人士表示，越南宜山炼油厂正寻求出口成品油的批复，因为高库存和先前的进口合同已经限制了国内燃料需求。
如果获得批准，这将成为越南这个燃料净进口国首次允许国内生产的成品油进行出口。越南出口成品油还将对地区成品油市场盈利能力产生压力，因为来自于马来西亚和中国的新项目也将开始供应该市场。
业内人士称，宜山炼油厂和石化公司旗下20万桶/日加工能力的炼油厂自今年初投产以来，已经逐步增加产量，当前的产能利用率已超过50%。

Vietnam’s Nghi Son oil refinery is seeking approval to export oil products as high inventories and pre-existing import contracts have limited domestic fuel demand, said three industry sources.
If the approval is granted, this would be the first time Vietnam, a net importer of fuel, has allowed oil product exports produced domestically. The fuel shipments could also weigh Nghi Son Refinery and Petrochemical LLC, owner of the 200,000 barrels-per-day (bpd) refinery, has ramped up output to more than 50 percent of capacity since starting up earlier this year and this has contributed to high fuel inventories, the sources said.
