Oil prices were mixed U.S. West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude futures were up 22 cents, or 0.3 percent, at $68.91 a barrel by 0058 GMT. WTI fell 1.3 percent Brent crude futures fell 11 cents, or 0.2 percent, to 74.18 a barrel, after notching up a 1.7 percent weekly increase last week, the first gain in four weeks.
